ART FOR A CAUSE
Over the years, the PETERwHART Gallery has donated over 70 paintings valued around $125 000 to 35 different Non-Profit Organizations. Through the Art for a Cause program, we are determined to partner with Non-profit Organizations and raise funds on a yearly basis.
Procedure to follow during acquisition process:
1. We ask the collector to donate 30% of the painting’s value to an affiliated Non-Profit Organization (proof required).
2. The PETERwHART Gallery will issue the collector an invoice for the remaining value, shipping costs and taxes (if applicable).
3. The collector will receive a tax receipt provided by the Non-Profit Organization for their donation.
